From the Netherlands I guide Dutch clients who are interested in real estate on the Costa del Sol. Due to the increasing demand from the Netherlands, I act as a permanent point of contact and representative of Sonata Estate in the Netherlands.

My role is to make the purchasing process clear, clear and well prepared at an early stage. Many questions, wishes and choices can be discussed and worked out before departure to Spain.

With my passion for Marbella and the strong bond I have built in recent years with the Costa del Sol, I understand both the market and the mindset of the Dutch buyer. I know what customers are facing and what certainty they are looking for.

I supervise the first process entirely from the Netherlands: from orientation and object selection to planning viewings and making concrete agreements with Sonata Estate in Spain. As a result, the process in Marbella is more efficient, more targeted and with more calm.
